How to Check KUCCPS TTC Placement Results
Applicants can check their KUCCPS placement results through any of the following ways.
KUCCPS Student’s Portal (Free of Charge)
To get started, Login Student Portal (students.kuccps.net) and view your placement results on the Dashboard. The login credentials are:
- Applicant’s KCSE Index Number
- Applicant’s KCSE Year
- Password (Applicant’s KCPE Index Number/Birth Certificate Number)
Using KUCCPS SMS Code (Charges Applicable)
- Send your KCSE Index number by SMS to 20842 starting with your KCSE year (Example: 202212345678912).
You will receive a response indicating the programme and the institution you have been placed in. (Charges: Apply per SMS.). Here’s how to check KUCCPS Universities Placement Results.
Huduma Centres
Alternatively, applicants may seek the information from the KUCCPS officers based in the following Huduma Centres: Nairobi (GPO), Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru, Narok, Kakamega, Isiolo, Kitui, Thika, Kitale, Narok, Garissa and Nakuru; or at any Huduma Centre cybercafe.

- Higher Education Fund – HEF Portal to apply for scholarships and loans.
- Access the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) to apply for education loans as an Undergraduate student. Returning students apply for HELB subsequent loans.
