Here’s a comprehensive guide on how to process the Teachers Service Commission of Kenya online transfer application.
- Access the TSC Online Teachers Transfer Application Form
- Enter your TSC Number, ID Number, and Mobile Number
- Check your email notification for a six-digit authorization code
- Tap on the Login button
- Input your authorization code
- Tap on the Login button
The system will detect if you are a primary or a post-primary teacher
- Tap to “Submit a Request for Transfer” to proceed
- Fill in your details
- Length of stay at present school
- Length of stay in the same sub-county
- Reason for transfer
- Details
- When is transfer required
- County
- Sub-County
- School
- Email address
- Check the declaration box
The system will display your current station and the requested county
- Tap on the “File Attachment(s)” button to attach supporting document (s) in case the request for transfer is due to insecurity and/or medical grounds.
- Edit, Withdraw, or Print the transfer request
- Browse to select the document to attach
- Enter your Remarks
- Check all the attached document dialogue box
- Tap a Submit button
- Application status changes to pending. Check later for approval.
