How to Make Payment for Replacement of Lost ID Card

Below are the procedures for the payment and disbursement of the Replacement of ID:

  1. Transfer the required amount to your Interpay account via any Access Bank or MOMO pin (*789*8772#).
  2. Log in UPSA Interpay
  3. Navigate to the menu
  4. Tap on “Student”
  5. Select “Other Services” from the options
  6. Choose “Requests”
  7. Locate and select “Replacement of ID card”
  8. Tap on “Calculate,” then proceed to “Pay bill”
  9. Print a copy of the disbursement of the Replacement of ID and submit it along to AB 9.

Follow these steps meticulously to avoid any delays in obtaining your new ID. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to university policies, and we are here to support you throughout this process.

To address this matter, affected students are to avail themselves at AB 9 behind the JJ Martey Building, starting exactly at 7:00 AM. Please ensure prompt attendance to avoid any inconvenience during the examination period.

It is crucial to note that according to university policy, the “No ID, No Examination” rule will be strictly enforced. Therefore, you must acquire your new ID before the commencement of exams.
