The Ghana Education Service (GES) requests applications from qualified trained teachers who graduated with a first degree from only Public Colleges of Education, to be considered for recruitment.

Job Purpose

1. To facilitate Learning using 21st Century technology
2. Continuously improve learner’s ability to research using new technologies
3. Teach highly motivated learners, cater to learners with different learning abilities, and help them achieve excellent academic results
4. Attend relevant and continuous professional development sessions
5. Use a variety of assessment tools and tasks to accurately assess levels of learners’ competency
6. Any other responsibility that would be assigned to you by your Head of Institution

Who is Eligible to Apply?

Applicant must meet the following criteria for consideration:

• Completed College of Education and has no outstanding examinations or referrals.
• Completed the mandatory National Service.
• Apply through the GES portal
• Passed the National Teacher Licensure Examination.
• Ready to work wherever his/her services would be needed.

• NSS Certificate
• NTC Licensure Number
• Ghana card
• Passport-sized photograph
