The University of Lagos online registration for Direct Entry (DE) admission into ALL COURSES/PROGRAMMES for the 2024/2025 Academic Year will commence.

UNILAG Direct Entry Eligibility & Requirement

1. Candidates who chose the University of Lagos as their First Choice of the institution during the Direct Entry (DE) Registration.
2. Candidates with a minimum of (5) O’ level credit pass in relevant subjects (including English Language and Mathematics) as specified in the JAMB brochure.
3. Candidate must be at least 16 (Sixteen) of age.
4. Interested Candidates who did not choose the University of Lagos as their First Choice of Institution during the D.E Registration but wish to study in the University should change to the UNILAG via the JAMB website.
5. Former students of the University whose admission was withdrawn based on poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on condition that the new admission shall be for a new program/course different from the former program/course.
6. Any student expelled from the University will not be offered fresh admission.
7. The University has zero tolerance for drug abuse. The University shall withdraw the admission of newly admitted students who test positive for drug use whenever the University conducts the test, before or after registration.
8. Candidates should ensure that personal details (such as Name, Date of Birth, State of Origin, LGA, etc.) are consistent in all their documents/results.

How to Apply for UNILAG Direct Entry Admission

Eligible candidates should check and Access below and apply for the University of Lagos Direct Entry Admission Form.

1. Explore the UNILAG Website
2. Tap on Admissions.
3. Tap on Start Fresh Application.
4. Tap on the Direct Entry (DE) Application.
5. Login with the JAMB registration number as username and surname in lowercase as password.
6. Generate and print payment advice.
7. Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online.
8. Return to the Application portal on the University website.
9. Tap on Continue Application to complete the screening form.
10. Upload your O’Level and A’Level results (First Degree, HND, OND, SDA, JUPEB, Cambridge A’Level, NCE, NFLV DIP, MUSON DIP, ABRSM, Trinity College London, Baccalaureate, DELF/DALF).
11. Tap on Preview to verify the correctness of the data supplied.
12. Tap on Submit.
13. Print Direct Entry e-registration slip.
14. Proceed to the Admissions Office (1st Floor, Room 174, Senate Building) and submit your printed Direct Entry e-registration slip and credentials.

NOTE: Candidates who made the University of Lagos their first choice in the 2024/2025 Direct Entry (DE) JAMB application are eligible for registration. Also, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O’level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
