Cost of Lewanika Nursing School Application Form

Application forms will be on sale at k 200 at Lewanika College of Nursing And Midwifery.

No application forms will be sold after the closing date. The application fee is non-refundable. The application form fee should be deposited in the college account and the deposit slip presented to the college accounts department for issuance of the receipt.

Lewanika Nursing Admission Requirements

Entry requirements The minimum entry requirements for applicants into the nursing programme in Zambia is; FIVE (5) O-level credits or better.

Grade 12 school certificate with 5 ‘O’ levels (credit or Better) English, Mathematics, and any Science being compulsory at credit or better and any other two subjects.
Attach copies of grade (12) certificates, NRC, and any other relevant documents that are certified.
Professional certificate (RN)
Valid licence from General Nursing Council of Zambia
Recommendation letter from the supervisor.
