This is to inform prospective students wishing to apply to FUPRE that the university has commenced admission into two (2) new undergraduate programmes having secured approval from the NUC after a resource verification exercise carried out by its panels of experts.

FUPRE Post-UTME Eligibility

1. Only applicants who apply through JAMB for UTME admission and choose the University of Benin as their first choice and score 180 or more are eligible for this screening.
2. All applicants who have made the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, their first choice and have received a score of 180 or above in the recent UTME are eligible for post-UTME screening.

1. Access the FUPRE Post-UTME Form portal.fupre.edu.ng/generate_jamb_students_invoice
2. Enter your Invoice Type and JAMB registration number in the provided space and tap ‘submit.’
3. Fill in your details as required on the subsequent page.
4. Follow the on-page instructions to complete the payment for your application.
5. After successful payment, Locate the Previous Page and Tap on ‘application form’ to provide additional screening information.
6. Enter your JAMB number as prompted on the application form page and tap ‘login’.
7. Carefully fill in the required information on the application form.
8. Print out your Post UTME Registration slip in color after completing the form.

After submission, you are required to present the originals of the following credentials at the screening centers:

1. O’ level results,
2. JAMB result/acknowledgment slip,
3. A’ level results, diploma or IJMB(as applicable to you),
4. O’level certificate/statement of result(s),
5. 2 Passport Photograph,
6. Indigene letter,
7. Certificate of birth/declaration of age.
