National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA)
The National Council for Curriculum and Assessment (NaCCA) is an agency under the Ministry of Education mandated by the Education Regulatory Bodies Act, 2020 (Act 1023) to develop national curriculum and assessment standards for pre-tertiary educational institutions other than technical and vocational training institutions.

NaCCA requires for immediate employment, the following category of staff:
Subject Officers
- English
- Mathematics
- Science
- History

- Social Studies
- Visual Arts
- Physical Education
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least six (6) years of teaching experience and MUST be an Assistant Director II in the Ghana Education Service (GES) Ranks.
- Extensive knowledge of educational policies
- Proficiency in relevant IT Applications
- A Master’s degree in Curriculum and Pedagogy will be an added advantage
Assessment Officers
- Master’s degree in Education, Measurement, and Evaluation or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least six (6) years post qualification experience
- Extensive knowledge of educational policies
- Excellent knowledge of curriculum issues, practices, and pedagogy
- Proficiency in relevant IT Applications
Instructional Resources Officers
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Publishing Studies or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least three (3) years post qualification experience in publishing
- Good knowledge of educational policies
- Good knowledge of curriculum issues, practices, and pedagogy
- Proficiency in relevant IT Applications
Research, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officers
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Education, Social Science, or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- Minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience in any reputable educational or research institution
- Experience in programme development and educational research
- Expert in using varied data analysis tools
- Good knowledge of curriculum issues, practices, and pedagogy
- Proficiency in relevant IT Applications
IT Officers
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience
- Good knowledge of educational policies
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Membership in IT Professional Body will be an added advantage
Assistant Finance Officer
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Minimum of Level II qualification from a recognized and relevant professional body (e.g. ICA-GH, ACCA, CPA, or CIMA)
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least three (3) years post qualification experience
- Good knowledge of educational policies
- High integrity and confidentiality
Assistant Administrative Officers
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Management or Public Administration from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least three (3) years post qualification experience
- Good knowledge of educational policies
- High integrity and confidentiality
Corporate Affairs Officer
Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communication Studies, International Relations, Social Science, or any other related field from an accredited tertiary institution.
- Evidence of completion of National Service
- At least three (3) years post qualification experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of the operations of NaCCA
- Excellent knowledge of educational policies
- High integrity and confidentiality
