  4. If your fingerprints are not in the system, the provider will facilitate the harvesting of your fingerprints.

Are you registered and still don’t know your NHIMA number? Membership details can be captured online by following these steps: 

  1. Go to https://portal.nhima.co.zm/
  2. Tap on Register/Login
  3. Under user name put NHIMAHOSPITAL
  4. Password: zambia1
  5. When the page opens, enter your NRC number
  6. Tap on Search
  7. Membership details will then appear
  8. If the member is not registered, no data will show.

To make payment for your National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIMA) contribution. Here’s all you need to do:

  1. Dial *115# on your phone
  2. Select Pay Bills or Option 3
  3. Choose Agencies or Option 3
  4. Select NHIMA or Option 3
  5. Select “Make Payment” or Option “1” to make a payment
  6. Follow the prompt to authorize the transaction to complete payment.

Note: When typing your NRC use the “XXXXXX/XX/X” format.
