• Fraudulence and misrepresentation will be subject to criminal proceedings.
• You are not permitted to apply for the same degree (Undergraduate, (Postgraduate) twice for which you have already received a scholarship.
• Providing incorrect information will result in automatic disqualification.
• Continuing students should indicate the entire duration of the programme, not just the remaining academic year.
• When signing up on the portal, ensure the correct spelling of your name with the initial letter capitalized.
• Upload and label the necessary documents as instructed.
• Select the appropriate institutions and programmes accurately.
• Type your name exactly as it appears on your National Identification Card (Ghana Card). If there has been a change of name, attach supporting evidence (Gazette copy).
