Court Interpreters

Duties include:

  • Interpreting court proceedings from local or foreign languages to English language and vice versa.
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • HND, University Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized accredited institution, an academic qualification in the spoken language(s) will be an added advantage
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and knowledge in the use of the internet
  • High level of integrity
  • Should have a good command of the English language

Fluency in at least (3) of the followings sets of local languages

  • Upper East Region:

Gruni and any two of the following Hausa Fulani Kassim, Talsi, Bulsa and Twi, Kusaal and any two of the following Hausa, Moshi and Twi Kasem and any two of the following Moshi Narkan and Bol Nankan

  • Ashanti Region:

Twi (Asante) and any two of the following Hausa Ewo, Gruni, Dagbani, Dagaaba and Fun

  • Bono, Bono East & Ahafo Regions

Twi (Bono) and any two of the following: Gorja, Fulani, Kussale and Dagaare

  • Central Region:

  • Eastern Region:

Twi (Akuapim or Asante) and any two of the following: Krobo, Hausa and Ewe.

  • Western Western North Regions

Duties include:

  • Assessment of our processes
  • Issuing receipts on monies paid into court or bank
  • Making entries into cash books.
  • Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Preparing revenue and deposit returns
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a recognized accredited institution
  • Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Application and the use of the internet Ability to prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
  • Ability to write Books of Accounts
  • Knowledge in public sector finance
  • High level of integrity

Court Recorders

Duties include:

  • Recording typing court proceedings directly absorbing court proceedings
  • Typing Court Orders, Letters of Administration, and Judgments
  • Typing court List
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree University Diploma in Business Management from a recognized accredited institution Or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management
  • Typing speed of 50wpm (Candidates will be assessed on their typing)
  • Good communication and writing skills in English Language Computer Literacy
  • Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet.
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • High level of integrity

Court Clerks

Duties include:

  • Heading and indexing record books/Making entries into the Electronic Case
  • Management System (ECMS) on the justice platform
  • Issuing warrants
  • Selecting canes/dockets
  • Preparing Statistical Returns
  • Marking and registering exhibits tendered in court
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences OR Business Administration from a recognized accredited institution
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet Good communication and writing skills in the English Language
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity

Bailiffs

Duties include:

  • Executing Court Orders as Sheriff Officer
  • Serving court processes
  • Making entries into the Bailiff Process Book
  • Keeping records of Service, Non-Service, and Execution
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements

  • West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with passes (including credits in core Mathematics and English
  • Ability to read and understand court orders.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity

Process Clerks

Duties include:

  • Opening dockets for new cases filed
  • Placing processes on dockets
  • Ensuring that Proof of Service and Non-Service are placed on the dockets

Academic Qualification and Requirements:

  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree with a recognized accredited institution
  • Good communication and writing skills in English Language Computer Literacy
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet.
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • High level of integrity

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer (Research & Statistics)

Duties include:

  • Receiving the monthly statistical reports from the High court, circuit court, and District court.
  • Receiving Judgments and rulings delivered by Judges and Magistrates of High Courts, Circuit Courts, and District Courts
  • Entering and Analyzing caseload statistics
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics or Statistics from a recognized accredited institution
  • Good communication and writing skills in English Language Computer Literacy
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet
  • Knowledge of current computer programmes and Softwares
  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • High level of integrity

Front Desk Executives

Duties Include:

  • Serving visitors by, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Providing basic and accurate information to visitors when needed
  • Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries and distribution them appropriately
  • Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
  • Reporting any unsafe situation to the appropriate authority
  • Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirements:

  • A minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND) or University Degree with a recognized accredited institution with (2) years working experience
  • Good communication and writing skills in English Language Computer Literacy
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • High level of integrity

Client Service/Complaint Officers

  • Assessing complaints and taking appropriate action, including taking additional statements from complainants and their witnesses (if required) and inappropriate circumstances as set out from the person complained against.
  • Compiling and submitting cases and/or files to the supervising High Court Judge or the designated High Court Judge
  • Keeping track of all complaints
  • Preparing and submitting monthly reports
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification and Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Business Administration from recognized accredited institution
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and use of the internet

Plumbers

Duties:

  • Oversee repairs, maintain and upkeep of all equipment connected to domestic water and sewage system
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • NVIT Certificate from an accredited recognized institution with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience.

Electrician

Duties;

  • Install, Connect, test and maintain electrical systems
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • NVIT Certificate from an accredited recognized institution with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience.

Painter

Duties:

  • Performing all painting works
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • NVIT Certificate from an accredited recognized institution with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience.

Masons

Duties:

  • All masonry works
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

Carpenters

Duties:

  • All carpentry works
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

Embossment Officers

Duties:

  • Arrange and ensure enhancement of all equipment and furniture etc.
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • NVIT Certificate from an accredited recognized institution with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience.

Air Conditioner Technicians/Repairers

Duties:

  • Oversee the repairs and servicing of air conditioners, fridges, etc.
  • Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • NVIT Certificate from an accredited recognized institution with a minimum of two (2) years of working experience.

Security Officers

Duties:

  • Inspect and patrol premises regularly
  • Secure all doors and windows
  • Monitor surveillance cameras
  • Assist people in need
  • Submit the report on any surveillance activity
  • Responded to alarm and reach promptly
  • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
  •  Perform another duty that may be assigned from time to time

Academic Qualification

  • West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) at least six (6) passes
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of security operation and procedures
  • High level of integrity
  • Should be physically fit
  • Should not be more than 30 years
