Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND, University Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized accredited institution; academic qualification in the spoken language(s) will be an added advantage.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Application and knowledge in the use of the internet.
- High level of integrity.
- Should have a good command of the English language.
- Ability to speak three (3) local languages, especially in the six (6) newly created regions.
Record Keeping Officers
Academic Qualification and Requirements:
- University Diploma or Higher National Diploma.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications and use of the internet.
- Good communication and writing skills in the English Language
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity.
Cashiers
Academic Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office Applications and the use of the internet.
- Ability to prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Ability to write Books of Accounts.
- Knowledge in public sector finance.
- High level of integrity.
Process Management Officers
Academic Qualification and Requirements:
- A minimum of Higher National Diploma OR University Diploma.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Applications and use of the internet.
- Good communication and writing skills in the English Language.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity.
Dispatch Clerks
Academic Qualification and Requirements:
- University Diploma, Higher National Diploma, or West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) with at least six (6) passes (including credits in core Mathematics and English).
- Ability to read and understand orders.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity.
Secretaries
Academic Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, University Diploma in Business Management, or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Secretaryship and Management.
- Typing speed of 50 w.p.m. (Candidates will be assessed on their typing skills).
- Good communication and writing skills in the English Language.
- Computer Literacy.
