This initiative aims to reduce unemployment by recruiting personnel into the Community Protection Assistants Module under the YEA in partnership with the Ghana Police Service.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 18-35 years of age.
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior High School education.
Conditions of Application
- Selected candidates will be beneficiaries of the YEA.
- Engagement is on a two-year contract.

Call for Application: Community Health Workers (CHWs)
The YEA, in partnership with the Ghana Health Service, is recruiting to improve access to health services in rural areas. The CHW program supports Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and addresses COVID-19 responses.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old (females are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior High School education with passes in English and Mathematics.
- Must be fluent in English and at least one local language.
- Ability to use (or willingness to learn to use) a smartphone.
Role of the Community Health Workers
- Serve as a bridge between communities and health services.
- Support health delivery under the supervision of Community Health Nurses and Officers.
