How to Login UWC Student Portal

Follow this simple guide to access and login to UWC online student registration portal.

Explore https://student.uwc.ac.za/
Navigate to “Student Access“
Enter your “Student Number“. Make sure it is exactly the number you were given after registration.
Select “SA ID Number” if you are South African or “Passport Number” if you are an international student.
Now enter the number corresponding to your selection above. Make sure you enter the number exactly as you provided on your application form.
Tap on the “Submit” button

Activate and Access Your UWC Student Email

To receive emails and notifications from UWC, students need to activate their UWC student email accounts. Here’s how to do it:

Go to Google and select GMAIL
Enter your UWC email address which is [email protected]
Select “next”
Enter !St followed by your full South African ID number
International Students enter your passport number, and select “next”
Make sure you read and understand the Google Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy before selecting “Accept”

You have now activated your UWC student email, the University generated email account assigned to a student at the final selection and validated at registration will be deemed the official email account and address for all University communication. Information and communication to this email address will be deemed to have been received and read by the student.
