Entry Requirements for Umgungundlovu TVET College Online Application
Applicants must meet these entry requirements to qualify for admission at UTEVT College.
- NCV: Grade 9, 10, or 11 with an aggregate of 40%.
- N4 Engineering: Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science at 40% or Technical Maths and Technical Science at 40%.
- N4 Business Studies: Grade 12 aggregate with 40%.
- N4 Financial Management: Grade 12 with Accounting.
- N4 Farming Management and Mechanization: Grade 12 with a minimum of 40% Maths/50% Maths Lit.
UTEVT Application Documents
The following documents in pdf for- mat will be required when applying:
- Certified copy of ID
- Certified copy of Statement of Results
- Proof of residence
- Certified copy of parent/ guardian ID
- Students currently in Grade 12 MUST apply for N4 programmes and attach their June/trial reports.
- You will need a valid email address
- Ensure that all documents are uploaded before the closing date

How to Apply for Umgungundlovu UTVET College Online Application
To get started, have all required documents saved on your device in PDF format:
- Go to UTVET Website
- Tap on Apply Online
- Scroll down the page to access UTEVT Online Application Portal
- Tap to Select A Course
- Fill out the details of the course you want to offer
- Provide a Username and Password (use your ID Number)
Choose a password consisting of 6 characters with a Capital letter, a number, and a special character. Eg Utvet@24
- Complete all required details on the UTVET Online Application Form
- Upload your documents
- Tap on the Submit button
Applicants will receive confirmation of application via email. Check your email. UTVET Application Status can be viewed on the application portal.
Students who require NSFAS funding need to apply to NSFAS and complete the online application form.
