These are applicants (have either or never applied for UEW admissions before) who:
- Were admitted but did not report for the 2018 /2019 Academic Year.
- Applied but were not admitted in the 2019 /2020 Academic Year.
- Have never applied to UEW.
- All applicants who fall within the categories above should Apply Now.
Group 2 UEW Applicants
These are applicants who:
- Were admitted and reported in the 2018/2019 Academic Year.
- Were admitted in the 2019/2020 Academic Year (whether reported or not).
- Applied in the 2020/2021 Academic Year.
- Who enrolled and completed their programme of study within the last 3 years (from 2018/2019 to 2020/2021 Academic Year).

These steps are for applicants who have applied for admission at UEW in the previous years, acquired UEW Student Number, but are NOT Admitted. Here, falls under group 2 applicants.

- Click on Application and view application rules
- Enter school leaving subjects
- Click to select a disability status (if applicable)
- Enter previous qualifications
- Enter schools attended
- Sign in with your voucher details (Serial Number and PIN)
- Submit application
- View completed application(s) and upload additional documents
- View process status (Summary of all stages completed)
How to Request for Forget PIN or Student Number
- Access ITS Portal
- Tap on “Request a PIN”
- Your PIN will be directed to your cellphone number. You may also access your PIN by entering your details under “Get your PIN here”
- Enter your Student Number, ID or Passport Number, and Full Name.
NB: if you entered the information correctly, your PIN will be displayed on the page.

Final Acceptance
Students will not be able to register if their status reflects another status such as: “Waiting List”, “Rejected”, “Course Full”, “and Provisional Acceptance”, or any “Incomplete”/ “Outstanding” related statuses”
Besides, other active restrictions, such as Financial Blocks, Academic Exclusive, and/or international Block (applicable to Non-GH students only) you will not be able to register even if you are finally accepted.
