The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) has published the provisional admission fees for freshers and tuition fees for continuing students for the 2023/2024 academic year for regular undergraduate, postgraduate, and distance education students. Check the UEW Admission list.

How to Pay UEW Admission/School Fees at the Bank

  • All students of the University of Education, Winneba are required to pay their fees through TRANSFLOW at any branch of the banks indicated against their respective campuses.
  • When paying, students should inform the Bank Teller that they are using the TRANSFLOW to pay the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) school fees.
  • Students who fail to pay all fees cannot register. Continuing students are advised to visit UEW ITS Students portal to know their full fees.
  • Students are advised to abide by these payment arrangements to avoid any problems that might be related to non-compliance. Check the academic calendar and register for the semester courses.

For fee determination, students have been grouped into four (4) [ Category A-D], namely:

A – Full-Time Regular Students

B – Distance Education/Evening Students

C – Foreign Students

D – Ghanaian Fee Paying Students

Mode of School Fee Payment at UEW

It is the responsibility of every student to ensure that he/she pays the required fees as a prerequisite (the first step) for registration of courses in any semester/session. Only registered students shall be given access to university services/facilities such as tutorials, examination/ assessment, supervision, library, lecture halls, and laboratories.

Students shall pay their fees only at designated banks for their respective Campuses/Colleges.

All designated banks are networked, and payment can be made at any of their networked branches. These designated banks receive University of Education, Winneba fees through the TRANSFLOW PAYMENT PLATFORM. Students are advised to ensure that their fee payments are MADE ONLY THROUGH the TRANSFLOW PAYMENT PLATFORM.

The University of Education, Winneba (UEW) school fee payment can be made through all mobile money (MoMo) networks using the short code *887*50#.

  1. Dial *887*50# OR Pay Using UEW OSIS SIP App
  2. Search for School
  3. Enter the School’s Full Name (e.g University of Education, Winneba) or Alias (e.g UEW)
  4. Enter your Student ID
  5. Enter an Amount
  6. Enter Payment Reference
  7. Select Option 1 to Confirm
  8. Wait to authorize School Fees Payment
  9. Enter your MoMo PIN to Approved
