About STEM Schools Selection and Placement Portal (SSP)
The STEM SSP is an online school selection and placement portal designed for prospective BECE candidates who wish to study purely Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics programmes at Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) or Senior High Schools (SHS) in Ghana.
The STEM Portal gives access to the list of new STEM SHSs included in the school placement and selection process. It also provides information on available STEM programmes and their career pathways as well as details on existing schools that will be offering STEM programmes during the next academic year.
How to Access STEM SSP Portal
Here’s how to access and login to the STEM STEM SSP Schools Selection Portal via www.stem-ssp.com.gh.
- Go to STEM SSP Website
- Tap on the “Register Here” tab
- Enter the following details
- First Name
- Last Name
- Index Number
- Phone Number
- Input Password
- Tap on Register button
How to Select STEM Schools for Placement
To pursue strictly STEM programmes, here’s how to select your placement of choice.
- Access the STEM Schools Placement Portal
- Enter your 10 digit BECE Index Number
- Verify your Date of Birth (format: (15062002)) for 15th June 2002
- Tap on the Login button
- Choose Schools and Select 2 STEM Schools of your choices
- Submit your Selection
Congratulations!!! by selecting a STEM School it may override all your previous selections mode.
