About Ghana STEM Schools

The Government of Ghana in collaboration with Ghana Education Service (GES)/TVET under the auspices of the Education Ministry has introduced a new module called STEM.

STEM is an acronym for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In Ghana, the vision of STEM is to be a national leader in redefining STEM as “Systems, Technology, and Educational Mentoring” by providing innovative programs and support to a diverse community of STEM learners and entrepreneurs in Ghana.

STEM Education aims to re-enforce learners to apply in-depth knowledge of theories in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). 1. Abomosu STEM School

Abomoso is a Senior High School equipped with V- blocks, 24 units, and 29 classrooms with a standard ICT lab to accommodate the STEM programme. The school is situated in the Atiwa West District of the Eastern region of Ghana.
