SICHST Application Form

Explore the Shehu Idris Institute of Health Sciences and Technology, Kaduna State – SICHST Application Form at the University Makarfi Campus, which wishes to notify interested candidates and the general public that the online application for the 2024/2025 Academic Session into the Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma and Diploma Programmes of the Institute of Health Sciences and Technology (Makarfi Campus) has commenced.

SICHST Admission Requirement

1. Prospective applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) O-level relevant passes in basic sciences, including Mathematics and English at Credit level in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination WAEC or NECO at not more than two (2) sittings.
2. Applicants for HND in Social Development, National Diploma in Social Development, and National Diploma Psycho-social Rehabilitation can apply with either Science or Art subject.
3. Applicants for a Diploma in Community Health and all other abridgments must possess an additional qualification in the course they are applying.
4. Applicants into all Higher National Diploma programs MUST Possess a National Diploma from NBTE Accredited Health Institution & JAMB Admission.
5. Interested applicants are required to pay the application Fee on the University portal.

2. Select the available form to sign up for an account
3. Login to your email to obtain login details
4. Login to forms kasu.edu.ng using the abovementioned details and proceed with your application.
5. Tap on the link Proceed with Payment to generate your payment detail
6. Tap ‘Pay via Inter switch’ at the top of the page and proceed with payment
7. After Successful Payment, proceed with your application while printing the form and acknowledgment slip
