About the Rongo University eLearning Portal
The Rongo University has designed an online Learning Management System (LMS) portal to give students easy access to online lectures, get lecture notes, and submit assignments anywhere and anytime.
The eLearning platform also helps lecturers of Rongo University to upload courses and course materials (i.e., course outlines, lecture notes/PowerPoint presentations, recommended reading books/journals, videos, and forums). Rongo University students have equal access to online resources.
First-Year Students – eLearning Account Access
All First-Year students at Rongo University are to access the e-learning portal via the Rongo University website. You can access your eLearning user accounts in the following manner:
Your username is your admission number (written in lower caps) e.g. zoo/9001/2020 instead of ZOO/9001/2020.
The default password for all eligible students is Rongo2025.
Example;
username: zoo/9001/2025
password: Rongo@2025?
Note: After the first login, the system will prompt you to configure a new password to secure your account.

- Locate and tap on the eLearning Portal to Proceed

- Enter your Username
- Provide your Password

The procedure for resetting your eLearning Portal password is below.
- Visit the E-learning Portal
- Locate and Tap on Forget Password
To reset your password, submit your username or your email address below. If we can find you in the database, an email will be sent to your email address with instructions on how to get access again.
Search by username:
- Enter your Username
- Tap on the Search button to Proceed.
Search by email address:
- Enter your Email address
- Tap on the Search Button to Proceed
