The Ministry of Roads and Highways acting through the Department of Urban Roads wishes to inform the general public and road users that the following roads at Ridge Enclave will be closed to traffic as follows:
- JOMO KENYATTA ROAD, BETWEEN GAMEL ABDUL NASSER ROAD AND COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS, on weekends of 6″, 7″, 13th and14th, November 2021.
- CASTLE ROAD, BETWEEN THE AFRICAN LIBERATION CIRCLE AND HAILE SELASSIE ROAD, on the weekends of 13th, 14th 20th, and 21 November 2021.
- GAMEL ADBUL NASSER ROAD, BETWEEN JOMO KENYATTA AND CASTLE ROAD, permanently.
The closure will enable utility providers to relocate utility lines to pave way for the reconstruction of the aforementioned roads at the ridge enclave.
The general public and motorists are kindly entreated to follow the traffic management signs that will be placed at vantage points on these roads.
