- Visit Your Nearest Orange Botswana Shop
- Use our Online KYC Self-Registration platform
The documents required for Orange Botswana KYC registration and reconnection are your Mobile Number or Botswana national ID or passport (for foreign nationals) and Cell Phone with a reliable camera for taking pictures and video.
How to Register Your Orange KYC SIM
Reactivate your mobile number by visiting any Orange Shop, or service point or using the online self-registration platform at;
- Go to https://kyc.orange.co.bw/
- Tick to Agree with the terms and conditions
- Select your Identity
- Enter your Phone Number to validate
- Add other Orange Numbers (if any)
- Input your plot number, street names or locale, village or city
- Take pictures of your ID or Passport Document
- Take Selfie video
Please note that you cannot reconnect or reactivate your mobile number through the Contact Center.
