NWU Online Application

Undergraduate first-year students who have already applied online for North West University Admission can now check application status based on their matric results.

Applicants who are interested to study at NWU should create the University Number and PIN for FREE and Apply via the NWU Online Application Portal.

How to Check NWU Online Application Status

To verify your status, login with the student number that was allocated to you when you first applied.

Visit the NWU Website
Locate How to Apply on the navigation tab
Select Application Status from the drop-down menu
Tap Here To Check Now
Enter your Student Number and PIN
Tap Login button

In Summary

Students are requested to submit their applications as soon as they complete the online application. Any application that is submitted after the closing dates of any qualification will automatically be canceled. You will still be able to add any outstanding documents after the application has been submitted.

It is illegal to use any ID number than your own when you create an NWU student number. If you have forgotten your NWU student, use the “Forgotten University Number” option that is visible on the application page, on the left-hand side of the page.
