The Management of the National Service Scheme (NSS), now the National Service Authority (NSA), has released postings for the second batch of 3,460 nurses and midwives to undertake their one-year mandatory national service at various accredited health facilities across the country for the 2024/2025 service year today, November 15, 2024.
All deployed nurses and midwives must follow the validation and registration processes:
- Learn how to Check Nurses’ and Midwives’ NSS Postings.
- Alternatively, Log onto the Authority’s website at nsa.gov.gh to check your placement.
- Print the appointment letter and proceed to the place of posting for endorsement.
- Book an appointment online for a date and time for registration after the endorsement.
- Proceed to the assigned NSA Regional Validation and Registration Centre with an endorsed appointment letter and a valid Ghana Card to complete the process.
Regional validation and registration will begin on Monday, November 18, 2024, and end on Friday, November 29, 2024, at all centers nationwide.
Management directs all deployed nurses and midwives to begin their mandatory national service on Monday, December 2, 2024.
