To all former Nation Builders Corps (NABCO) trainees who continued during the extension period ending September 2022, please be informed of the following timesheet upload schedules for outstanding months. Ensure you follow these instructions and wait for the SMS prompt for your module before uploading.
NABCO Validation and Arrears Payment Update
The NABCO portal has been reactivated. Expected directives via SMS notifications, on how to proceed with validation for payments.
Validation and Payment Timeline: Authorities are actively working to expedite validation processes for pending payments. Once the portal is fully restored, eligible trainees will receive batch notifications according to their respective modules to upload timesheets within the specified timeline. This staggered approach helps prevent system congestion.
E-zwich Card Updates: SMS notifications will be sent to trainees with E-zwich card issues on their portals, prompting them to update card information.
The trainee leadership remains committed to ensuring all eligible arrears are paid promptly. We encourage all trainees to adhere to validation instructions as they become available.

Procedures NABCO Validation, and Verification of Pending Payments
- No Hard Copies: Do not submit a hard copy of your timesheet. Upload only via your personalized portal.
- Payment Validation: MIPs, Controller, and Accountant General, SSNIT, will validate payments and check for authenticity to avoid fraudulent submissions.
- No Facilitation Fees: Do not pay or consult any individual for payment facilitation.
Each trainee is responsible for addressing individual issues regarding the scheme, including any claims, validation, or system errors. Outstanding issues from the extension period will be addressed sequentially. Learn how to access NABCO Timesheet Online.
