Marquette D2L is a Web-based tool that facilitates and supports online education. Each course at Marquette University has its own D2L course site with facilities for interactive communication, secure submission of student assignments to faculty, and online quizzes

Marquette University D2L Brightspace

Instructors can use this service to design full-featured online course environments for the participants of their classes. Students may access the following;

• Course materials
• Collaborate with others
• Engage with interactive assessments and assignments
• Track their progress in a course grade book.

All students will be able to access University DL2 Brightspace once they have been enrolled in their units/modules. Resit information for students is available here. With the University D2L Brightspace, you have access to announcements from your tutor, key dates, module information, and reference guides

The University D2L works great on a mobile device, a laptop, or a tablet. It will auto-resize itself to the full width of any screen you may be used utilizing a technology called “Responsive Design.

Once you have logged into the University D2L your personalized selection of functionality will be displayed in a variety of modules (or boxes), each holding a different categorized piece of information or functionality.

2. Scroll down to the bottom of the webpage
3. Locate and click on D2L to proceed

How to Login Marquette University D2L Brightspace

1. Access Marquette University D2L Brightspace Page
2. Type in your username and password
3. Click on the “Login” button to proceed

Reset Access Marquette University D2L Brightspace Password

1. Access Marquette University D2L Brightspace password reset page
2. Type in your email address
3. Enter the characters in the picture (or the words in the audio).
4. Click on the Next button to proceed
5. Select “I forgot my password”.
6. Click on the Next button to proceed
7. If you have an authentication email set up, select “Email my alternate email”
8. Click on Email to proceed
9. You are sent an email message with a verification code to your authentication email.
10. Check your secondary email inbox and note the multi-digit code.
11. Enter the code in the text field provided on the web page
12. Click on the Next button to proceed
13.  and follow the steps to change your password.
