KUCCPS KMTC Online Application 2025/2026
Applicants who wish to apply for admission into the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) can now complete online applications via the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal.
To access the list of available courses/programmes at KMTC the 83 KMTC campuses across, including the minimum admission requirements, qualifications, cut-off and cluster points should check latest revision of KUCCPS Courses.
Interested applicants should access the KUCCPS Student Portal. With the entry of KMTC into the KUCCPS fold, the Placement Service now places students in degree, diploma, certificate, and artisan courses in Public Training Institutions and Private Universities in Kenya.
The KUCCPS portal has over 30 KMTC programmes available for application. The programmes, which are at diploma and certificate levels, include community health nursing, mental health and psychiatry, midwifery, radiography and imaging, medical laboratory sciences, occupational therapy, optometry, pharmacy, physiotherapy and public health, among others.
The application targets individuals who completed the KCSE examination.
How to Access KUCCPS Students Portal
To get started, with an Application for Placement to Universities, TVET and Teacher’s Training Colleges, here’s the step to follow.
- Access KUCCPS Website
- Navigate to the Student’s Portal
- Tap on the Login Button
- Enter your KCSE Index Number, Year of KCSE, and Your Password (KCPE Index or Birth Certificate Number) as provided by your teacher in secondary school
- Tap on Login
NB: Use Your Birth Certificate No. / KCPE Index No (as used in KCSE Exam Registration) as your Initial Password.
KMTC KUCCPS Online Application Portal
Here is how to apply for Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) online application via the Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) portal.
- Login Students KUCCPS Portal
- Enter your KCSE Index Number, KCSE Year and Password. (Your password is your KCPE index number OR your birth certificate number.)
- Tap on “Application/Revision” on the tab titled
- Read and understand the application instructions
- Tap on “APPLY NOW” to proceed
NB: The applicant will have access to a form (or two) for the level of programmes they qualify for:
- Enter the 7-character programme codes for the programmes that the applicant prefers.
- Submit the application for consideration.
- Make a payment through Mpesa
Qualified applicants can now apply for HELB Undergraduate Student Loans. Current students who have benefited from HELB government of Kenya funding should complete HELB second and subsequent application forms.
