- Tap on Admission Portal on the top navigation tab
- Login with Email Address and Password (Have no account? Register)
- Fill in the online form with your detail to create an account
- Tap Register button
- Confirm your data and check the accuracy
- An email will be sent to your email address with a link to verify your account.
- Open your email and access the link
- URL will be redirected to KMTC Portal
Congratulations!!! You can now login to begin your application process
How to Apply via KMTC Application Portal
Follow the steps below to complete KMTC online application form and get admitted to study at Kenya Medical Training College
- Access the KMTC Admission Portal
- Enter your login credentials
- Tap on Applications
- Tap Apply
- Select the Option 1-course level (Diploma or Certificate)
- Search Course
- Select your desired option 1 course
- Fill in the form details as guided by the labels
- Make sure that all fields are filled
- Tap on Submit Application button
- You will be redirected to Option 2 Form
- Select the course level (Diploma or Certificate)
- Search Course
- Select your desired option 2 course
- Fill in the form details as guided by the labels
- Make sure that all fields are filled
- Tap Submit Application button
- Upload a Scanned/ Soft copy file of the following certificate:
- KCSE certificate
- National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport (front & back side)
- Tap Upload button for each selection
- Confirm Courses (Make sure the courses listed reflect your selected courses)
- Add the Reject button to change courses
- Once satisfied, Confirm Registration
Congratulations!!! You will now be redirected to make a payment of Ksh. 2,022.
How to Make Payment for KMTC Online Admission Form
Here’s how to make KMTC MPESA payment for the Admission form
- Get started with MPESA pay bill number 964150 (Confirm that the payment is paid to Kenya Medical Training College)
- Tap on Confirm button
- A pop-up message will appear (“Please pay Ksh. 2022 to pay bill number 96150 to Confirm the Courses”)
NB: Wait for up to ten minutes and refresh the page
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone number. (Added as phone number 1 during entering of personal information)
- Tap My Applications to check applied courses
M-PESA Payment
Kenya Medical Training College procedure for enrolling online after payment of commitment fee
- Go to M-PESA
- Choose Lipa na M-PESA
- Choose the option PAY BILL
- Enter Business No. – 964150 and click OK
- Enter Account Number – (This is your registration number) as it is in your admission letter
- Enter Amount – Ksh. 10,000 and click OK
- Enter your M-PESA PIN and click OK
- You will receive two SMS messages – one from KMTC and another from M-PESA
- Login to the Portal using your e-mail address
- Tap on Online Enrolment
- Enter your M-PESA reference number e.g. OHI5Q241CJ and click search
- Confirm your Email Address. if not modify accordingly and click update email
- Your details will pop up including your name, registration number, and e-mail address among others
- Tap on Enrol
- Click to Start the Enrolment process
- On the resulting window, click on “Enroll Now’
Congratulations!!! You have successfully enrolled.
