Learn how to access HPCZ online services registration easily. Follow this step-by-step guide to register, apply for certificates, make payments, and download your registration and practicing certificates on the HPCZ portal.
How to Access HPCZ Online Services
To access the HPCZ online services portal here are the steps to follow;
Step 1: Access the Portal
- Go to portal.hpcz.org.zm.
Step 2: Log In
- Enter your username and password.
- If you are not registered, select “Not Registered for online services.”
Step 3: Register for Online Services
- Enter your Category (Registrant), NRC, and valid email.
- Click Register for Online Services to receive an email for completing your registration.
Step 4: Confirm Email
- Open the email from HPCZ and click the green button to continue.
Step 5: Create Login Details
- Set your username (single word) and password (must include one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and be at least 8 characters).
Step 6: Update Profile
- Go to Profile to view and update personal details like your photo, phone number, and email.
Step 7: Begin Registration Application
- Click Registration and select your registration type.
- Upload the required documents and, once ready, download your Registration Certificate.
Step 8: View Invoice
- After submission, an invoice will display the required payment amount.
- Press Make Payment to proceed.
Step 9: Choose Payment Method
- Options include Upload Proof of Payment (upload a bank slip) or Visa/MasterCard for card payments.
Step 10: Check Payment Status
- After uploading proof of payment, monitor the status.
Step 11: Download Registration Certificate
- Once payment is verified, download your Registration Certificate from your profile.
- Upgrade your account to a Health Practitioner Account by clicking Upgrade Account and downloading your Practicing Certificate under the Licenses tab.
