Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF) Application
The Students Loan Trust Fund (SLTF), wishes to inform all loan applicants that, no fees are charged by the SLTF for processing loan applications. Applicants are advised to deal only with officials of the Fund and are at no point required to make any payments for the service.
Loan applications should be filled and submitted only via the Student Loan – SLTF Portal.
Way to Pay Student Loan in Ghana
- Dial Student Loan Shortcode *737*206#
- Visit: www.myghpay.com
- GCB: Use Smart Pay
- Ecobank: Use Bank collect
- NIB: Use customized Pay-in-slip
- ADB: Go to SLTF Website
and follow the prompts
- All SLTF zonal offices nationwide Cheque only
- Pay cash or cheque at the SLTF Kumasi Regional office
- You can make payments to any bank using the Ghana.gov platform
How to Pay your Student Loans Using myghpay
Steps to follow:
- Visit myghpay website
- Complete registration and login
- Payment categories (find SLTF logo)
- Select your mode of payment (Visa, MasterCard, or mobile money)

How to Repay Student Loan
Here’s how to pay via any Bank of your choice, simply follow the steps below:-
- Go to the Students Loan Website (https://www.sltf.gov.gh)
- Select Pay Loan
- If you have a Students Loan account already, click on the login button and provide your Login details, (e. Social Security Number), then go to Step 6 and continue the process
- If you Do Not have a Students Loan account already, still click on the login button and provide your login details (e. Social Security Number)
- You will receive a code via email and text message to complete the process, then continue from Step 6 below
- Select Pay My Loan
- Confirm your details and proceed
- Select Ghana.gov
- To pay via any bank of your choice, generate an Invoice
- Complete the fields and the amount you wish to pay, and select generate an invoice (print or save a soft copy of the invoice generated)
- Walk into any nearest bank of your choice and present the invoice generated, to pay at the counter or
- Pay Online using the gov platform
How to Pay Student Loans with MoMo
To Pay via Momo, simply follow the steps below:-
- Go to the Students Loan Website (https://www.sltf.gov.gh)
- Select Pay Loan
- If you have a Students Loan account already, click on the login button and provide your Login details, (e. Social Security Number), then go to Step 6 and continue the process
- If you Do Not have a Students Loan account already, still click on login button and provide your login details (e. Social Security Number)
- You will receive a code via email and text message to complete the process, then continue from Step 6 below
- Select Pay My Loan
- Confirm your details and proceed
- Select Ghana.gov
- To pay via Mobile Money (any network)
- Complete the fields and the amount you wish to pay
- Select Proceed to Payment
- Complete the payment on your phone by authorizing the transaction
