Nursing Training Admission Requirements
NB: Applicants are advised to check all entry requirements and cut-off points before proceeding to purchase the e-voucher.

- Buy Nursing Training Admission forms
- Applicants will first have to purchase the nursing training forms (e-voucher) for the Public Health Training institutions at any ADB branch for two hundred Ghana cedis (GH¢ 200.00) or using the Mobile Money short code *887*18# and follow the prompt.
Steps On How To Fill Nursing Training Forms
- Purchase the Nursing training admission form
- Proceed to the MOH Admission Portal login
- Enter your Serial Number and PIN on the e-voucher obtained from the bank
- Tap on Login
- Check all the required information and complete the following stages
- Select programme
- Select institution
- Input required academic details (upload the results of your examination)
- Upload a passport-sized photograph
- Preview the summary of your online application
- Agree to the Terms and Conditions
- Tap on Submit
- Print a copy of the online application form or save it as a PDF.
