To check your form one selection:

  1. Open a new message chat on your phone
  2. Send an SMS with the candidate’s Index Number to a shortcode 22263 via all networks.

How to Download Form One School Selection Admission Letter

Form one school admission letters (National, Extra-County, County, and Sub-County) are uploaded online via the Ministry of Education, Kenya Website. Follow this procedure to download a copy of your school selection letter online.

  1. Go to the Ministry of Education, Kenya Portal via the URL: www.education.go.ke
  2. Choose the county and sub-county where the candidate sat for the KCPE
  3. Enter your KCPE Index Number
  4. Tap on the “Submit” button
  5. Tap to download and print the admissions letter

Alternatively, you can access Form One Placement Results via KEMIS Education Portal. Use the printer icon to print or the download icon to download it to your computer or save it as a PDF. Get your primary school’s headteacher to endorse the letter and stamp it in the space provided.

Finally, present it for admission together with a certified copy of your birth certificate.
