Dial *887*9# on all Networks
Enter the institution’s initial or full name (UG or University of Ghana)
Select the preferred Form Type
Authorize Payment
SMS of Voucher is sent to payer after successful Payment

Steps to Retrieve E-voucher

Dial *887*9# on all Networks
Select “Yes” to view your history
Select the date transaction was performed
Select “Retrieve Voucher”
Wait for an SMS that contains the voucher code

Steps to View Transaction History

Dial *887*9# on all Networks
Select “Yes” to view your history
Select the date transaction was performed
The Serial and PIN numbers would be displayed on the next screen

Note that, only the user who has purchased an E-voucher with this service can view their transaction history

Enter your full name, phone number, and email address
Select Mobile Money as a payment method
Choose a network operator (MTN, Vodafone, Airteltigo)
Enter your Wallet Number
Tap to Pay Now
Wait for a payment prompt to be displayed on your phone
Enter your Mobile Money (MM) PIN to authorize payment for the TransFlow market voucher
An SMS with information about your voucher Serial Number and PIN will be sent to your phone number

You will be redirected to a new page with details about your e-voucher Serial and PIN. Ensure that you provide a valid email address and phone number to receive your voucher details.
