Applicants who wish to apply for Colleges of Education formerly known as Teachers Training College admission can now purchase their COE forms by dialing a Mobile Money short code of their network service providers using Tigo Cash, Vodafone Cash, Airtel Money, and MTN (MoMo).

Steps to Buy COE Admission Form Using Mobile Money (MoMo)

- Select Option 2 (Mobile Money)
- Select Option 1 (Choose Network Provider)
- Press OK
- Enter Quantity (Number of forms you want to buy)
- Press Go
- Enter 1 (Buy)
You will receive a prompt to input your MM PIN
- Approve the transaction from your network provider with your MM PIN to approve the form purchase.
ALTERNATIVELY, Applicants who do not receive a prompt approval notification here’s what to do;
- Dial *170#
- Select Option 6 (My Wallet)
- Select Option 3 (My Approvals)
- Enter your MoMo PIN to view pending transactions
- Select the form purchased transaction and approve.

Cost of Colleges of Education, COE Admission Form
As of 2024, COE admission forms are sold at Consolidated Bank Ghana Limited for Two Hundred and thirty Ghana Cedis (Gh¢ 300.00).
NB: College of Education, COE admission form buy via Mobile Money (MoMo) transaction is Gh¢ 300.00 plus a unit charge of Gh¢ 3.00, thus if you are buying only one unit.
Colleges of Education Application Procedures
- Applicants are advised to read and understand all related instructions before completing the application form.
- Incomplete online application forms will not be processed
- A summary printout copy of the online application with one passport photograph and a copy/copies of their results slip(s) (where available) by EMS priority envelope obtainable from Ghana Post nationwide and addressed to The Principal of the applicant’s first College of choice.
- Provide correct and reliable cell phone numbers when completing the form online
- Applicants will receive a confirmation receipt of their online applications by SMS (text message)
- Successful applicants will receive admission offer notifications by SMS
Applicants must note that the Colleges will cross-check their results from the West African Examinations Council as part of the admission process. Applicants found to have submitted fake or falsified documents in support of their applications will be made to face the legal consequences of their actions.
