How to Access the UENR Accommodation Hub Portal
The University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR) has limited spaces for freshmen who want to be considered for On-Campus Hall accommodation. On-campus hostel accommodation would be accessed on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Go to https://accommodationhub.uenr.edu.gh/
- Enter your Student Reference Number as shown on your admission letter.
- Select your preferred Hall
- Tap on Book Now to make a room reservation
- Pay the hall fees at the designated banks once the booking is pending
You must make full payment within 2 working days from the day of booking and the Hall fee should be paid separately from the academic fee. Pay the exact amount allocated to the Hall you booked.
- Download the Tenancy Agreement Form when the booking is approved and submit it on arrival. keep visiting this site to check your Booking status after payment.
The hall offers well-maintained ensuite rooms, each featuring a balcony that doubles as a kitchen and provides an outdoor view. Rooms are furnished with beds and mattresses, wardrobes, and private washrooms. The Residential Facility User Fee covers utility expenses, including water and electricity, maintenance, cleaning, and sanitation services.
Hall Payment And Room Allocation at UENR
- Make the full payment (as indicated on the Accommodation Hub Portal) at any of the following banks only GCB or CBG.
- Go to any branch of the specified banks with your admission letter.
- Inform the teller that you want to pay hall fees
- Once you have made the full payment, your booking status will change from Booking Pending to your room number within two working days.
- When your booking status changes to your room number, you must download the tenancy agreement and submit it on arrival.
- If your booking status does not change after two working days upon full payment of the hall fees, refresh the page
- Your booking will be declined if you fail to make payment within two working days
NB: You don’t need any account number to make payment of the hall dues
University Hall Dues Payment Via MoMo
You are required to pay hall dues at Prudential Bank via MTN MoMo or at the bank.
Follow the below procedure to pay your hall dues via MTN MoMo.
- Dial *170# for MTN users
- Select option 1 (money transfer)
- Select Option 6 (Bank transfer)
- Select Option 1 (Wallet to bank account)
- Select option 11 (Prudential)
- Enter Bank account
- Enter the amount
- Enter Your Application Reference Number as (Reference)
- Enter your PIN to approve the transaction
