Are you a continuing Rift Valley National Polytechnic student interested in booking a hostel at RVIST? Here’s a step to book accommodation online for the semester.
In-person hostel bookings for new Rift Valley National Polytechnic students are currently open. Once your admission process is successful and pay the hostel fee, your spot will be reserved. Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are interested, we encourage you to book a room online. Rooms will be allocated to online applicants only.

Rooms are very limited. (Only those who will have booked online cleared school fees and accommodation fees shall be allocated rooms). Applicants will required the following working document.

How to Book a Hostel at RVIST
Follow these procedures to book a hostel at Rift Valley National Polytechnic:
- Go to the Online Booking Platform
- Proceed to accounts to pay school and accommodation fees fully on reporting dates
- Proceed to housekeeping for room allocation
- Move to the allocated room
- Proceed to do clearance with mattress from the janitor/Matron
- Proceed to the student ID Office for hostel pass processing
