- After pressing 1 you will receive the following SMS: “Please authorize payment on your phone. You will receive an SMS once payment is complete.”
- After you complete payment you will receive the following SMS (pick whichever is applicable)

Statement on Queries and Pending Applications
For those applicants whose applications are still pending, this is what you should do. Due to the congestion being experienced during the application process, some application sessions have timed out hence causing queues in the delivery of SMSs. Queries are being resolved on a “first come, first serve basis”.
If you started the application process and the money is deducted from your account but do not receive the message to continue, follow the steps to submit your queries;
- Copy the transaction notification sent to your phone after the K5.80 has been deducted.
- Paste in your SMS text message slot the copied transaction notification
- Send SMS TO 0955- 000679
What You Must Know
- If the system stops working while applying and the K5.80 has been deducted from your account, do not start another application as you will be charged twice.
- You will be required to send a transaction notification to 0955000679 with your query. This will be attended to and you will be able to complete your application
- If you completed your application successfully AND you realize that you made a mistake, you will need to restart the application by sending 1 via SMS to 3104. However, the implication is that you will be charged for that application. Once this application is completed, you will have an updated application in the system.
Additional Information
- Further, all applicants with more than one exam number should click on MULTIPLE and only enter one exam number which is the original one;
- Applicants cannot apply for the same position more than once ;
- Applicants can apply for both positions if they meet the qualification criteria; and
- More than one Applicant can use the same phone to apply.
