The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has released a Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA) sample paper for the Competency-Based Assessment (CBA).
How to Login the KNEC CBA Portal
Upon registering a learner, a parent must access the CBA portal through the KNEC website.
- Explore the KNEC CBA Portal
- Login with your credentials
- Select a Grade and Level
- Tap on Register Learners
- Tap Add Learners
- Capture learner details as required
- Tap on the Save Learner button
How to Download the KJSEA Sample Papers
Here are guidelines on how schools can access the papers.
- Access the CBA portal using the link: https://cba.knec.ac.ke/
- Log into the CBA portal using the assessment centre login credentials
- Click on the Grade 8 portal
- Click on the instructions & Sample Papers button
- All the uploaded papers shall be displayed
- Tap on its view button, to view a specific paper,
- Tap on the Download button to download the paper,
- Remember to logout from the system
- Keep your login credentials confidential to avoid unauthorized access to confidential data.
