The University of Zambia (UNZA), through the Higher Education Loans and Scholarships Board (HELSB), is inviting Zambian applicants for Undergraduate GRZ Student Loans for the 2024/2025 academic year.

Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Must be a Zambian citizen with a Green National Registration Card (NRC).
- Admission Status: Must be admitted to the University of Zambia for the 2024/2025 academic year.
- Age: Must be 26 years old or below by December 2024.
- School Leavers: Applicants must have completed Grade 12 in 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023.
Application Requirements
Applicants should submit the following documents:
- An application letter responding to the advertisement.
- A photocopy of the 2024/2025 academic year admission letter from UNZA.
- A photocopy of the Grade 12 statement of results or certificate.
- A photocopy of the applicant’s NRC.
- A photocopy of the parent’s/guardian’s NRC.
- One recent passport-size photo with the candidate’s name written on the back.
- A completed application form can be purchased at any NATSAVE branch.
- A clear copy of the receipt from NATSAVE Bank.
Additional Information
- Applicants must specify the loan level required, but the HELSB will determine the actual level based on their financial capacity.
- The loan is non-transferable between universities.
- Special consideration is given to rural students, female students, and those living with disabilities.

- HELSB at Mulungushi University, Town Campus, Kabwe.
- Any NATSAVE branch countrywide.
