General enlistment into the officer corps and recruitment into the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) 2024. The 2024 exercise is strictly for those who purchased application forms to be Enlisted and/or Recruited into the Service as of 2021.

NOTE: Indicate in the SUBJECT of the email, your CATEGORY AND SCREENING CENTER as applied for as of 2021 in block letters. For example; GENERAL DUTY/RECRUIT – UPPER EAST REGION, CADET CORPS-EASTERN REGION
- No new applications are to be submitted.
- No applicant is required to purchase application forms in this exercise.
Ensure the above-required information is accurate, certifications are valid, and no physical submission of application forms shall be accepted.

Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) Enlistment Process
- Successful applicants will be contacted for the next phase of the exercise.
- This will be followed by body selection and inspection of all relevant documents including birth certificates, academic certificates, and transcripts. Applicants who qualify from this stage to the next stage shall be notified at the screening center.
- Successful applicants shall undergo medical examination and thorough background checks. Vetting of certificates shall be conducted throughout the process and may continue during and after training
- An applicant who successfully goes through all the stages above and is found not to have any undesirable background/criminal record at this stage would be invited to commence training.
- Transportation/Feeding/Accommodation: Applicants are responsible for their transportation, feeding, and accommodation throughout the recruitment exercise
- Applicants will bear the cost associated with the vetting and medical examination.
