About GBC Blackboard
GBC Blackboard is the Learning Management System (LMS) at George Brown College. Faculty can use Blackboard to post course outlines, communicate with students, post and receive assignments, quizzes, grades as well as many other interactive online features.
Blackboard Collaborate Ultra is a web video conferencing and virtual classroom tool within Blackboard that supports real-time online discussion and collaboration. Its features include an interactive whiteboard, chat function, application sharing, session capture and breakout functionality to facilitate group work.
Besides, George Brown College Blackboard also features Ally, an accessibility application that helps ensure that your digital course content is accessible by all learners.

How to Login GBC Blackboard
Here is how to Login and access courses on the George Brown College Blackboard Learn
- Discover GBC Website
- Tap on Quick Links on the navigation tab
- Select Blackboard from the drop down list
- Access Blackboard LMS
- Enter your Username ([email protected]) and Password (Current system password)
- Tap Sign in button
To sign in please add your Employee ID/Student ID to @georgebrown.ca in the username box. Your password will be the same as all your GBC passwords.
