FUOYE Undergraduate Student Portal Course Registration
- To commence initial registration at Federal University Oye – Ekiti, FUOYE on the “Undergraduate Portal”. You will be required to pay the “Clearance Processing Fee”
- Once “Admission Offer” is accepted, an account will be created for you automatically on the undergraduate Portal and a password change will be required.
- Students’ initial password is “password”, provide any desired password of your choice in the new password fields to change your password. [Note: Ensure to choose a password you can remember].
- An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference.
- Once the password is changed successfully, you will be prompted to login again using your JAMB Registration Number and your newly created password.
- Frequently check FUOYE student email for updates and information from time to time.
- Your profile details will pop up for you to confirm and validate your information. You will be allowed at this point to change your passport if you desire to change it. Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number.
- After updating your information, a confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided. Log on to your E-mail and click on the account activation link.
- Upon account validation, you will be required to pay a non-refundable sum as an Acceptance Fee
- After payment of the Acceptance fee, Print Out your Admission Letter
- You are to download, Print, complete the following documents and upload a scanned (not camera picture) upon completion
- Letter of Attestation (from Parent)
- Guarantor’s Letter (from a Clergy)
- Once the above steps are completed, a link to print out your Clearance Certificate will pop-up on your dashboard. Any candidate whose “Clearance Certificate” could not be generated/printed should proceed to provide a valid Examination Number, Year and Month.
- Also, WAEC/NECO/NABTEB (Whichever applies) Scratch card details, Candidates who have previously uploaded the scratch card details will be provided with the details of their Scratch Cards as uploaded during the POST UTME/DE screening exercise, confirm the correctness of the details and click on the “Submit for Verification” button when you are done

Here’s a comprehensive step-by-step guide on how to access and login to the FUOYE E-Campus Student Portal.
- Explore http://ecampus.fuoye.edu.ng
- Navigate to “Student Login”
- Login with your Matric Number (e.g CSC/2017/1001) and Password
If this is your first time, simply use your Matric Number/Jamb Registration Number as your username and the word “Password” as your password,
- Update your profile with the required data:
- Passport Upload (Red background)
- Phone Number
- Nationality
- Religion
- Date of Birth
- Email Address (Must be Fuoye Student Email Address)
Ensure to use a valid email Address and Phone Number. Frequently check this mail for updates and information from time to time
- A confirmation link will be sent to your email box provided
- Logon to your E-mail and tap on the account activation link
- Change your Password as required
An Email containing the details of your new account setup will be sent to your mail for future reference in case you forget.
- Proceed to pay in full all dues as stated in the “Pay Bills” section on your portal.
You are to ensure to complete your course registration on the portal on/before the close date. No Complaints whatsoever will be entertained after deadlines and penalties will strictly be served to the defaulter.

No candidate will be allowed to register without the FULL payment of his/her sundry fees. Failure to follow the aforementioned instructions is strictly at your own risk.
