How to Access FDA Online Advertisement Application Portal
Applying is easy. create a user account, prepare your advertisement script, have your product registration letter, and pay the application fee. It’s that simple.
- Go to https://proper.fda.gov.gh/login
- Tap on Register (if you don’t have an account)
- Login with your credentials to access the dashboard (if you have an account)
- Navigate to Advertisement
- Tap on Apply
- Fill in the required details
- Select Application Type and Region
- Upload an Authorisation Letter
- Upload your Advert Script
- Select Language and Proposed Media Type (e.g. TV, Radio, Billboard, etc.)
- Tap on the Submit button
- Select the Mode of Payment and the Service Provider
- Tap to Make Payment
- A prompt will be sent to your mobile device asking you to approve the transaction to FDA
- Enter your Mobile Money PIN to authorize the transaction
- Input Product details (Brand Name) and dosage Form (e.g liquid, tablet, syrup)
- Input Organizational details
- Tap on Submit to Preview
- Tick the declaration box
- Tap to Submit Final Application
