Kenya EFNS Immigration Services Portal
This is the Department of Immigration Services Foreign Nationals Portal. You will find all the requisite information necessary for your alien card, pass, and permit or citizenship application. You will also be able to use/register your single sign-on account to access all Government digital services and make payments through various modes.
How to Create Your EFNS Portal Account
If you have an eCitizen account already, no need to create another account since you can use the same details to log in to the eFNS system.
However, if your eCitizen account is an evisa or a business account, you need to create an eFNS account.
- Login using an eFNS account
- Tap on Create eFNS account
- Select Account Type
For Kenyan citizens, you will need your national ID number while foreigners residing in Kenya will need your foreigner certificate. If you do not have a national ID or foreign certificate,
- Select other and use passport details to register
- Tap to Proceed
- Fill out your details
- Verify your details
Portal access using eCitizen account is not applicable for eVisa or eBusiness accounts
Note: Applicants should create their own accounts for efficient tracking of notifications and invoice(s).
How to Login to the EFNS Immigration Portal
To access the Department of Immigration Services Foreign Nationals (EFNS) Portal, here are the steps to follow;
- Access the Immigration Services Foreign Nationals Portal
- Enter your Email Address
- Input your Registration Document Number
- Enter Password
- Tap on the Login button
How to Print EFNS Application
- Login EFNS Dashboard
- Go to My Applications
- Tap on View/Print Applications
This takes you to a page with all the applications you have done and icons on the right. The icons are explained in the Action Keys at the top of the list. Here you can View, Print or edit your application.
Note: This should only be done after you complete the application.
How to Edit EFNS Application
Applicants can edit their details but only after they have completed the whole application. After you finish;
- Login EFNS Dashboard
- Go to My Applications
- Tap on View/Print Applications
