Discover the Education Council of Zambia – ECZ e-Statement Portal and login with your credential to download your Grade 7, 9 12, and GCE statements of results (e-SOR) online.
Download and print G7, G9, and G12 internal, GCE & G9 external e-statements of results (e-SOR) through the e-Statements Portal. This process will require candidates to provide their ECZ examination number, year of completion, and level/grade.
ECZ Online Results
Candidates can download and save their exam results in PDF format and later print them into hard copy. Here’s the list of examinations administered by the Examination Council of Zambia (ECZ).

How to Download ECZ e-Statement of Results Online
ECZ Statements of Results (e-SOR) are now available for download through our e-Statements Portal.
- Go to the ECZ Website
- Tap on ECZ Online
- Access e-SOR Portal
- Tap on Candidate Sign-In
- Select your Level to Check Results
- Tap Continue to proceed
- Enter the Candidate’s Examination Number
- Tap Continue to proceed
- The results will be displayed showing all the details of the candidate and school
- Tap on PRINT STATEMENT OF RESULTS
- A PDF document will be generated in a new tab within the browser
- Download the ECZ statement of results
If you get a message saying, the statement of results has been successfully generated BUT the statement is not shown in the browser, you need to enable pop-ups in your web browser. In that case, you will be required to redo the process.
How to Check ECZ Results with a Mobile Phone
Candidates can now check their ECZ GCE and Grade 7, 9, and 12 results with mobile phone using the ECZ SMS USSD code.
- Open the Messaging App on your phone
- Compose New SMS
- Enter your Examination Number (eg. 201913476813)
- Input the Examination Year (eg. 2025)
- Enter Examination Grade (eg. G9)
Format: Exam Number + Year of Completion + Exam type (without space. Eg: 2019134768132025G7)
- Send the message to the ECZ short code 8383 on all networks. (Note: SMS charge may be applied)
Does this system apply to all candidates even older ones who may want to check their e-statement of results.
