ECZ  e-Payment Procedure for Verification of Results

The Examinations Council of Zambia (ECZ) will verify results for candidates that are applying for the 2022 Zambia Army, ZAF, ZNS, and ZCS recruitment at a rate of One Hundred Kwacha (K100) per copy.

Applicants are therefore required to pay a Non- Refundable Fee of One Hundred Kwacha (K100) and attach the evidence of payment to the Application before they submit their application.

How to Make Payments for Zambia Army, ZAF, ZNS, and ZCS Recruitment

To make payment, applicants must follow the following procedure

ZANACO Bill Muster

1. Access any ZANACO Agent
2. Provide any of the following institutional codes to the agent

3. Make the payment
4. Attach the bill master slip to your application.

ATLAS MARA Schoolpay

Using the USSD System on their mobile phone, which provides options for Zamtel Kwacha, MTN Money, and Airtel money:

If Using MTN Mobile Network

Here are the requirements and procedures: You need a cell phone or tablet with an MTN Money-registered SIM card

1. Dial *305#
2. Select (option 2) Pay ECZ
3. Select (option 2) Results Verification Fee
4. Enter NRC
5. Confirm to proceed
6. Enter MTN Mobile Money PIN
7. If using AIRTEL Mobile Network

Here are the requirements and procedures: You need a cell phone or tablet with an Airtel Money registered SIM card.

1. Dial *115#
2. Select (option 4) Make Payment
3. Select (option 7) School Fees
4. Select (option 1) School Pay (From School Pay) You will get a message to access Schoolpay “Redirection to Schoolpay”
5. Select (option 2) Pay ECZ
6. Select (option 2) Results Verification Fee
7. Enter NRC
8. Confirm payment details
9. Authorize transactions with Mobile Money PIN

If Using ZAMTEL Kwacha;

Here are the requirements and procedures: You need a cell phone or tablet with a ZAMTEL Kwacha registered SIM card.

1. Dial *115#
2. Option 6 Merchant Payment
3. Option 3 Examinations Council of Zambia
4. Enter NRC
5. Enter amount
6. Confirm payment details and Enter 1. OK
7. Authorize transactions with mobile money PIN

Receipts for options 2 (1), (2), and (2) can be downloaded via the School Pay Portal as below:

1. Visit https://schoolpay.co.zm
2. Select Pay ECZ
3. Select Get Receipt
4. Select Results Verification Fee from the dropdown menu
5. Enter NRC as a reference
6. Download

Please note that applicants do not need to submit verified results because verification will take place after the submission of applications. Applicants must however attach evidence of payment of the One Hundred Kwacha (K100) verification fee per candidate. ECZ shall communicate any other payment methods as shall be made available during this period.
