How to Apply for EBSU Post-UTME Screening Form

1. Visit the EBSU Post UTME via iportal.ebsu.edu.ng/app
2. Locate and Tap on Start Application
3. Tap on STEP1: Click To Generate Payment Invoice, then proceed to Bank
4. Fill out the Generate Payment Invoice Form
5. Ensure you choose the correct Application Form Category, POST UTME, or DIRECT ENTRY.
6. Ensure your “JAMB REGISTRATION NUMBER” is correct
7. After Successful Generation (Remita Retrieval Reference Number).
8. Proceed to any bank you choose for payment with your Remita number OR pay with your Credit card, Master Card or Verve.
9. Return to the Application page and start STEP 1 by entering your “Remita Number.”
10. Proceed with the completion of the form
11. Submit your application.
12. Print out your acknowledgment slip.

After submission, you are required to present the originals of the following credentials at the screening centers:

1. Original JAMB Result slip
2. Original O’level result(s) slip (SSCE/NECO or NABTEB)
3. Original PD result slip (where applicable)
4. Original printout of acceptance fee acknowledgment slip
5. Original L.G.A. Identification Letter
6. Original EBSU Bursary receipt (i.e., evidence of payment of acceptance fee)
7. Birth Certificate or Age declaration

Procedure For Payment Of Acceptance Fee

Here is the procedure to follow for the Payment Of the Acceptance Fee at Ebonyi State University

1. Check out www.ebsu.edu.ng/app
2. Locate and tap on check admission status to confirm your admission.
3. To generate an invoice for acceptance fee payment, Create a portal account by logging in to www.ebsu.edu.ng/portal and tapping CREATE A PORTAL ACCOUNT HERE.
4. Under student type, Choose New Student (Current Year 1) and enter your jamb registration number in the box that appears.
5. Tap on Verify button to generate the default account detail with your password.
6. Log into the portal with your jamb registration number and default password.
7. Update Your personal profile before generating the invoice by tapping on Acceptance Fees and choosing Get Acceptance Invoice from the dropdown link that appears.
8. Print and proceed to any bank of your choice for payment or payment online by tapping on the payment link on the invoice page.
9. Afterward, return to the portal to print your acceptance and online admission letters.
