About the KUCCPS Admission Letter

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has placed all the Kenya Certificates into preferred higher institutions.

KUCCPS does not necessarily send admission letters to successful applicants. All students who were successfully placed in various universities can download their letters conveniently from their various University Student Portals. Therefore, you can either download your letter from the KUCCPS Student Portal or easily through the respective university’s portal.

University of Nairobi KUCCPS Admission Letters

Have you received your application ref no via SMS? If yes, you can now download your admission letter from the UON Website.

1. Access the UONBI SMIS Student Portal
2. Enter your Registration/Application Ref Number
3. Input your KCSE Index Number as a Password

3. Enter your Application Details, i.e For KUCCPS Students use your KCSE index Number (00000000000/2024) while For Diploma and Self Sponsored students use the student number sent to you via SMS.

The Maseno University (MU) has released the admission list and letter. Applicants should follow the steps to access their admission letters.

To access your admission letter, first, you have to create a self-care account by following the steps below

Steps to follow when creating a Kisii University Self-Care account:

1. Explore Kisii University Self-care Portal
2. Navigate to Quick Links and Select Admission Letter
3. Click on ‘click to update profile’
4. Enter your index number and click on validate
5. Confirm your phone number or update it if it is wrong. Click update when done.

NB: Your University Email address will be displayed. Note it down. This will be used as your username.
