Access and download the DTEF Sponsorship Letter and learn how to apply for Department of Tertiary Education Financing, DTEF under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, MoESD government sponsorship online in Botswana.
All Government sponsorship applicants who have not accessed their sponsorship letters online are advised to login to the DTEF system and accept a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to access their sponsorship letter.
How to Download DTEF Sponsorship Letter
Some applicants have their sponsorship approved and have not accepted their letters in the system. Follow the steps below:
- Access E-Service Portal
- Log into your account with your credentials (Register for New Account)
- Go to my application “New Student“
- Navigate to Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), then declare and save.
- Tap on the “Offer Letter“
- Download the sponsorship letter
