How to Get Started:

Speak with your advisor to make sure you are on the right track – your Advisor’s name can be found on your Titans Direct account
“Plan” your courses in CCM Titans Direct in preparation for registration
Make sure you take care of any holds that you see on your account (ie: Bursar; Immunization; etc) – you will see the holds on your Titans Direct Call the appropriate office to take care of the hold
When registering, make sure you click the “Register” button in Titans Direct otherwise your classes remain “planned”
If a class you want is closed, add yourself to the waitlist to see how it works.

How to Access CCM Titans Direct Student Portal

Here’s how to get started:

Go to ww.ccm.edu
Scroll to the middle of the page
Tap on Titans Direct
Enter your User ID and Password
Tap on the Sign in button

Hint:

User ID = last name.first name (i.e. wells.jill)
Password = ccm+7 digit ID# (i.e. ccm1234567)

If you have a common last name, or a name with more than 17 characters, there may be variations to your user ID – go to the ‘what’s my user ID’ link on the Web advisor log-in page for more details.

Enter your login credentials
Follow the on-screen instructions
Access your dashboard to complete your registration

How to Recover CCM Titans Direct Account Portal

Follow these simple steps to get started

Access the Direct login page
Enter your username
Tap on Continue
This will bring you to the password reset screen
Enter your Username and Password
Tap on the Sign in button or press Enter key

Tap on the Forgot Password link to reset your password by email
Enter your username and an email will be sent with a link to “Reset Password”, the email will be sent from the [email protected] account
The Reset Password link will lead to the login page
Enter a password of at least 8 characters for Students and at least 15 characters for Faculty/Staff
Tap on the Submit button

This password change will immediately apply to everywhere you use your CCM account to login. What’s next access CCM Blackboard to enroll in online courses, take tests and submit assignments, as well as check your grades/results.

User Notice

If you have set up a proxy user with an account in Titans Direct, they will enter that proxy account username received in the email sent to the email account you specified. The login screen will then drop down a password field to login.
